Jeet Kune Do Concepts (JKDC)
Jeet Kune Do (JKD) is the name of the art and concepts developed by the late Bruce Lee, with his student, training partner and friend Guro Dan Inosanto. Translated from Chinese it literally means “Way of the intercepting fist”.
JKD is a method for developing attributes related to functional techniques and realistic combative applications for all ranges of combat.
JKD is simple and direct and has no belt ranks or uniforms. Through the study of JKD you will learn street effective martial arts and how to apply the techniques you will learn against a fully resisting opponent.
